My work as an educator and moderator ultimately motivated me to become a Coach because coaching attends to our humanity in a world that allows us to forget who we are.  I work from the premise that the more self-aware we are, the more self-correcting we become.  As a result, our individual and collective decisions are better aligned with what we hope to achieve.

My background is diverse as someone educated in France and in the United States.  My first career was as an educator primarily in urban and rural districts in Colorado where I taught, coached, facilitated and lead professional development. A couple of highlights was a Fulbright scholarship to India and an education project with the International Rescue Committee (IRC ) in Niger.

My second career is as coach and moderator.  I coach individuals from all walks of life.  I have a special interest in how we utilize transitions to optimize what comes next and avoid what feels simply like a change of scenery.  As a moderator, I develop curriculum and lead high level discussions with teens and young adults for the Aspen Institute in Aspen and Rifle, Colorado.

I am thus fortunate to be engaged  with young adults in their late teens through mature adults in their 70's.  What a blessing!

I look forward to working with you.  You are here because there is something important you want, and I have all confidence in your success.
