A long time ago, someone told me that every person is walking their own journey.
At the time, I needed that reminder... to give grace, to myself and others, for wherever we are on the path.
Today, that message came back to me during a seminar with Mosaics Coaching. We explored the topic of transitions... the messy middle spaces where things are shifting, but clarity hasn’t fully arrived yet.
What stuck with me most was this: In hard times, look for the little wins. The bright spots. The small signs you’re moving forward, even if it’s not in a straight line.
