About the event
Join Allyson and a small cohort (20 max) to dig deeper into life transitions. Relish the wisdom, uncommon strength, and unexpected joy transitions can afford, even when it hurts. Through discussions, learning, practice and participation in a warm community, you can reengage your adventurous spirit and bold aspirations. Surprise yourself.
We meet a toal of 6 hours over three 2 hour sessions + a follow up conversation with Allyson (optional and at no extra cost)

Part 1: 9-11 MT -- Who am I now? Understand and acknowledge where you are today.
Part 2: 12-2 MT -- What do I know? Access the wisdom you already have.
